| Position Responsibilities: |
Our second role is a RETAIL SALES MANAGER 2
The qualified candidate must have a Minimum of 5 years experience in outside relationship sales, business development, customer relations, supervision, with excellent knowledge of retail/consumer loans and small business lending. They, also, must have the proven ability to manage motivate, lead, and coach an effective sales team with excellent oral and written communications skills and an overall ability to positively represent the bank through community involvement. This position will be a direct report to the Spartanburg Market Executive
