| Position Responsibilities: |
Due to a recent promotion, a $600MM community bank is looking to add a seasoned commercial banker to their executive management team. This is a highly visible position within the organization. Responsibilities would include overseeing commercial/ag banking processes for multi-branch locations for a very successful community bank. The successful candidate would be in charge of overseeing growth of the commercial/ag loan portfolio and overall credit quality as well as chair the executive loan committee. Would partner with local market presidents. 10+ years in senior level of commercial banking. Need to come from a big bank sales culture. Prefer someone with both credit and sales background. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
10+ years commercial banking experience from large corporate bank. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Prior experience managing multiple branch locations. |
