| Position Responsibilities: |
Client is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, assertive professional to join team as a Branch Manager in their Dallas region. This individual must possess strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal and sales skills. As the Branch Manager, the primary responsibilities will include: 1) Effectively managing the day-to-day operations and achieving the growth objectives established by Bank management for this branch office 2) Managing the branch staff to achieve the established goals by building a cohesive and effective team 3) Developing and coaching staff, creating a motivating environment and recognizing success of employees 3) Ensuring compliance with appropriate bank, regulatory and legal requirements 4) Developing and promoting good community relations and understanding Bank products as well as seeking information regarding current political/economic events and their impact on the financial industry and Bank customers. Successful Branch Managers will be energetic, self-motivated, and initiate innovative approaches to the marketing effort. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualified candidate must have a minimum of four years sales, banking, and management experience with a proven track record to meet/exceed the position expectations. |
