| Position Responsibilities: |
Another promotion. If you want a balance sheet focused, cash management driven, global business where finance carries a big stick and 2007 was a record year for revenues and profits, then read on. This is an executive talent designated role with excellent upside potential.
OPPORTUNITY: Decentralized business serving global consumer and commercial clients. All manufacturing is done remotely; however, executive team is located in the greater Shelton area. Business has had a consistent record of growth due to improvements in business efficiencies, gains in market share, and prudent acquisitions. As part of the CFO team, manage a team of 7 and have responsibility for all SEC and consolidated reporting, corporate accounting, FASB & GAAP compliance, acquisition integration, and SOX compliance. Partner with external Big 4 auditors. Advise Treasurer on debt financing, defined benefits, and 401K; support CFO with key information and commentary for investor relations calls; and provide consultation to Strategic Business Units (SBU) on accounting treatments to support transactions and business changes.
