| Position Responsibilities: |
A successful candidate will engage in portfolio management activities for medium to large and complex portfolios based on client and corporate investment objectives. Will maintain close contact and communication with clients to discuss portfolio strategies, monitor investment performance and recommend investment programs. Responsible for daily client service and business development. Must stay abreast and stay current on market related trends. Must be able to build business relationships and effectively work with internal and external partners to promote cross-sell opportunities for the bank. Will consistently maintain excellence in regulatory compliance in all areas of responsibility.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CFP, ChFC, CLU, CFA, CTFA, advanced law or MBA degree, NASD Series 7, 63, and state ins. lic. |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree and 5-7 years of financial advisory/sales experience in trust, banking, investment, or insurance products and services is required. A depth of knowledge in credit analysis and review is an essential component, as is an expert knowledge of wealth management techniques. Must be able to build business relationships and effectively work with internal and external partners to promote cross-sell opportunities for the bank. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
CFP, ChFC, CLU, CFA, CTFA, advanced law or MBA degree, NASD Series 7, 63, and state insurance license.
