Job 8645: Divisional CFO

Location: CT-Waterbury   Waterbury, Ct
Northeast (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI & VT)
Salary Range: $125,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and other perks.
Bonus & Incentives: $125,000 to $160,000 plus bonus and other perks.
Position Responsibilities: Promotions creates opportunity within this expanding consumer products manufacturer. Market share increases due to organic growth and acquisitions. Report to VP Finance with dotted line to operational senior management team. Serve as innovator leader for $1.5B+ WW business. Extensive cross-functional management interaction. CEO’s seeks leaders with strong knowledge of world class methodologies. OPPORTUNITY: Guide this global business and manage the business forecasts, review business results and provide commentary to executive management. Oversee annual operating budget evaluating sales, customer demands, new product introduction, price/volume/mix, foreign exchange, transfer pricing issues, plant capacity and efficiencies, raw materials, manufacturing variations, cost savings, SGA, R&D, warehousing and logistics. Manage preparation of monthly business reviews. Will present business reviews to management. Enhance business scorecard analysis. Complete P&L ownership as you partner with sales, marketing, R&D, manufacturing, logistics, supply change, IT, legal and corporate accounting/Controllers group. Analyze cash flow trends including accounts receivable, inventory and capital expenditures. Ensure SOX/GAAP compliance. Implement reporting and tracking metrics to monitor performance verses expectations. Manage finance team of 4+. Lead entire business unit budget process for P&L and working capital. Prepare long range plan and provide strategic financial leadership for make vs. buy, capital investment, geographic growth opportunities, and alliances/JV considerations and due diligence/M&A activity. Prepare financial appraisals, M&A models, NPV for all major change projects including IT ERP implementations.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Masters, CPA wanted
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: CPA/MBA wanted with Big 4 background. 6+ years of experience in support of business environment desired. Must have extensive experience in leading and running a global manufacturing business of $500M+ in revenue. Solid IT skills ERP knowledge (Oracle, Lawson, JDE, SAP and excellent modeling skills. Essential is a self-starter with strong leadership and business acumen that is viewed as insightful, results-driven and promotable.
Preferred Qualifications: CPA/MBA wanted with Big 4 background. 6+ years of experience in support of business environment desired. Must have extensive experience in leading and running a global manufacturing business of $500M+ in revenue. Solid IT skills ERP knowledge (Oracle, Lawson, JDE, SAP and excellent modeling skills.
