Salary Range: 160000+

Position Responsibilities: If you possess a strong finance background in manufacturing - you may be the next Divisional Controller for this company. This position will partner with operations and finance to identify opportunities for improvement and work with respective teams to implement any changes in structure, processes, and inventory, as needed. This position reports to the VP Finance but also works with the Plant Controller, General Managers and the VP of Operations. The key to this hire is a strong manufacturing background. This role can ultimately grow into the VP of Finance. MAJOR DUTIES: • Prepare financial analysis, prepare and present financial reports and statistics • Direct the supervision of plant controllers • Responsible for plant controller training/standard work • Sarbanes Oxley implementation • Responsible for plant budgets • Ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, cost saving objectives and policy deployment measures • Ensures compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley and internal control requirements • Drives process, systems and performance improvement initiatives
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, NONE
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • Advanced training/education, technical certification, and/or MBA is preferred • 10+ years accounting/controllership experience & supervisory/management experience • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proven customer support orientation (int./ext.) & superior communication/presentation skills • Successful experience interacting across business functions • Proven ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while enhancing culture and member capabilities
