| Position Responsibilities: |

This position will be involved in large multinational corporate transactions on a regular basis and work on a diverse group of domestic and foreign ledgers. Focus will be on Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, M&A, Tax restructures and other special projects.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* 5+ years experience in public accounting or corporate tax environment
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required
* Advanced Degree (Masters in Tax, Accounting) and/or CPA or other certification a plus
* Experience with FAS 109 accounting for income taxes preferred
* Previous tax research experience a plus
* Must have excellent project management skills and leadership ability
