| Position Responsibilities: |
Executive Management position working directly with the owners, guiding the financial performance of a growing 130M company. Responsible for monitoring and directing the financial and accounting activities and policies while providing financial analysis, efficiency analysis, planning and budget control. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and leadership in developing process improvements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: as CFO, you will be working directly with ownership as the financial engineer of the entire organization. They will be expecting you to be a strategist and advisor on all financial matters regarding the company. This will include overseeing the management of staff, production of the reporting package, and external auditors.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance, experience as the number one or number two Financial Executive in a 50M or larger company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with private equity ownership, private placement, mergers and acquisitions. Experienced Senior level strategist with revenue and expense modeling. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
CPA, extensive knowledge of FAR. |
