| Position Responsibilities: |
Make loans in a branch with a $40MM loan portfolio. Need strong credit skills as you will need to do your own spread sheets |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Branch is located in a town of 11,000 very close to KC. Lender will be required to live in this community. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Musthave a strong background in community baking and commercial lending. |
