| Position Responsibilities: |
The TM Sales Officer works closely with the Relatinoship Banker selling and training on all new and existing Bank products and services to prospective and current clients. In addition, they will assist with the clients’ investment needs. They will work with customers (both internal and external) on complex consultative issues as they relate to each company’s full range of treasury management needs.
Responsibilities:
• Product Sales and Training: Customer contact in person or via web demos, phone conference calls, etc. with the express goal of selling/consulting on all TM products and services
• This individual will be the first point of contact as regards the deposit/treasury side of the bank to work with clients on complex treasury management needs (introduced to the customer by the venture banker).
• Work closely with the Reltionship Banker and Client Support Area (on all new and existing clients) - ongoing client servicing
• Follow up on new customers (30 - 60 days from open) to survey their experience with the Bank, and to offer any further information or consultation on their treasury management needs
• Maintain Reports on all customer calls/contacts
• Help gather TM information as regards new products, pricing, etc.
• Internal Training on all TM products and services
• Attend Conferences to stay informed as to the changing world of treasury management and to represent the bank
• Back up other TM sales officers in all areas of products/services when needed.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• BA or equivalent work experience;
• 5 + years work experience;
• Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions;
• Organization, attention to detail oriented and the ability to complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner;
• Previous experience in Treasury Management / Banking strongly preferred
• Proven ability to use the Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, MS Word.
