Location: MA-Boston  
Northeast (CT, ME, MA, NH, RI & VT)
Salary Range: 60,000 - 70,000, DOE plus bonus
Bonus & Incentives: 20% annual targeted bonus eligibility

Working through multiple offices countrywide, our client manages nearly $17 billion in assets. DESCRIPTION: We seek a bright, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in personal trust and investments for this Boston based Senior Client Relationship Administrator position. Working closely with the Senior Relationship Manager, this person: • Responds to, maintains and coordinates the processing of wires, check requests, charitable gifts, tax materials, statement copies, recurring payments (quarterly tax payments and annual RMDs), remittance schedules, overdrafts and performance results. • Secures and tracks new account intake forms and new account data while preparing and maintaining the appropriate documentation for all account transactions, including set-up, opening, terminations and transfers of accounts. • Performs trust and account administration, asset allocation and performance reporting. • Analyzes and resolves a wide variety of client issues. • Prepares and maintains correspondence, files, client meeting materials and monthly/quarterly/annual communications. • Provides analytical and client support. • Handles ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned or requested. • Operates with limited supervision.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CTFA of CFP a plus
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently AND within a team on a variety of projects, while receiving instruction from several sources and meeting deadlines. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Excellent planning and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications: • A solid understanding of quantitative and statistical techniques. • Basic understanding of accounting, finance, investments, individual taxation and math.
Additional Comments: This is a proven career development opportunity. This person will be a member of a 4-person client management team and will actively participate in client meetings. Our client is highly regarded within the Private Wealth Management Industry. Prior trust operations experience helpful.
