Location: NY-Manhattan  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 90000 - 110000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Position Summary Responsible for overall relationship service management for a portfolio of Working Capital Solutions clients. Effective management of all Working Capital Solutions product implementations. Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of all client inquiries and service issues; identify client issues, diagnosis root causes, and develop solutions. Escalation of client issues, concerns, and business at risk to Client Services Team Management. Act as the "client advocate" to pro-actively improve service quality delivered to clients for all Working Capital Solutions services. Escalate issues for adjustments or transactions inquiries; ensure that time-sensitive transactions, problem resolutions and non-standard instructions are handled in a manner which complies with Bank and department policies and procedures, and minimizes risk to both the Bank and the client. Rectify problems and situations outside normal policy or procedural guidelines and make recommendations to team leader on how to resolve; use product and operations knowledge to identify and promote cross-selling; and participate and support project initiatives as identified by management.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications: • Understand client needs and effectively manage client expectations • Address all client inquiries and facilitate timely resolution • Develop realistic course of action and solutions to resolve client • issues and improve processes/efficiencies • Ensure a consistent Team approach with co-workers, Management, and Department, while contributing solutions and ideas to improve overall performance • Minimum 3 years Cash Management experience or related securities industry experience • Must be familiar with cash management services and have an understanding of financial terms • College Degree is required; Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is strongly preferred • Experience at establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients is a must • Candidates are required to have demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team environment with the ability to adapt to changes quickly as required. • Successful candidates who have demonstrated problem-solving, organization, prioritization, time management, and communication skills - both written and oral • Detailed Orientated • Microsoft Word and Excel skills required • Primary liaison between Mutual Fund clients and Transaction • Approval Group for credit purposes on intraday money movements to ensure timely release of payments based on committed turnaround times. • Requires knowledge of Mutual Fund client base with respect to account activity and purpose. • Monitors end of day processing to at least close of Fed Third Party processing to ensure all clients have completed their payments and internal funding moves. • Will receive and communicate with clients as to potential issues/delays and advise internal areas accordingly. This is time sensitive and requires concentration and quick decisive action. • Communicates to clients any extension(s) in FED Third Party processing. • Primary liaison for several Financial Service clients with respect to Cash Management needs such as establishing accounts, adding services and monitoring billing for accuracy. This requires timely and accurate responses and often results in interaction with various internal areas. • Responsible for processing vendor payments timely and ensuring the respective client is charged accordingly.
