| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client, has one of the premier business banking teams in the Chicagoland area. They have been able to combine the best practices of a big bank with the nimbleness and mobility of a small bank. The group has some of the most well respected business banking leaders in the area. As a senior underwriter you would provide loan decisions and/or credit recommendations based on a review of all underwriting criteria, including loan structure, collateral, interest rate, and fees. Effectively communicate loan decisions with loan originator. As a senior underwriter you would work on the more complex credits of this centralized underwriting group.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have experience in similar capacity with a commercial group. C&I experience is preferred. |
