| Position Responsibilities: |
Call on companies in the greater Franklin, Bellingham, Blackstone and Milford marketplace with annual sales of $1MM - $50MM. Loan size will range from $500K to $5MM+. Actively call on customers and prospects to develop and expand C&I and CRE customer base. Cross sell bank products and services. Ensure soundness of loan portfolio through evaluation and identification of loan risk. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with proven business development skills. 4 yr. degree in Finance / Accounting, MBA a plus. Formal credit trained with solid credit / analytical skills. Local contacts within market preferred |
