| Position Responsibilities: |

Direct and coordinate financial affairs according to financial principles and government regulations. Establish major economic objectives and policies for the company. Direct and prepare financial analyses of operations for guidance of management. Manage finance personnel in addition to planning, developing, and establishing policies and objectives of finance department in accordance with strategic objectives of the company. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and implementation of company goals.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA required
· 3+ years accounting experience in manufacturing environment preferred
· 5+ years managing direct reports desired
· Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a successful finance team
· Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
· Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
