| Position Responsibilities: |

CFO of a publicly traded corporation that serves global markets is seeking a highly promotable talent that can upgrade financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis abilities and be a either leader or coordination on special projects for the executive team.
OPPORTUNITY: New role. Expanding business that manufacturers and distributes a wide array of products to commercial, industrial, and consumer markets worldwide. Products most often have #1, #2, or #3 market share. Business is constantly evolving which includes shifting of manufacturing and distribution operations, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business initiatives. This requires evaluation of alternative solutions, “what if” scenarios, business modeling, and metrics breakout. As part of the CFO’s team, projects can vary and examples might be:
• Support the MD&A process
• Provide financial information for investor relations, BOD, and executive team
• Utilize ERP software to provide better flow of financial information
• Partner with VP Sourcing to analyze vendor costs, contract, and services
• Assist on financial reporting and consolidations of worldwide operations
• Analyze and validate potential cost savings initiatives at Strategic Business Units
• Review short/long term financial impact of changes in business operations
• Analyze applicability of a new FASB
• Assist on due diligence evaluation of acquisition targets.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters, CPA |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
CPA or MBA wanted; seek 6+ years of business experience that includes financial reporting and analysis with a multi-location manufacturer or distributor serving global markets. SAP or Oracle is a plus. Must be results driven, quick study, adaptable, and promotable.
