| Job Description: |
Oversees the Management of the Tax utility. Manage staff of 20-30 employees consisting of tax documentation officers and analysts who are responsible for the collection, review and coding of W8, W9, IRS determination and client documentation. Monitors and reports on missing documentation. Coordinates with corporate tax, external audit team, and business unit’s tax compliance and changes to IRS Tax Reporting Regulations.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Qualifications
• 7-10 years of progressive, hands on experience.
• Responsible for updating and documenting procedures and conducts training.
• Hires new employees, prepares staff evaluations, and maintains attendance/vacation records.
• Participate in meetings with Corporate Tax, IRS and Business Units.
• Prepares MIS reports to track missing documents
• Can be assigned to work on other types of projects
• Information Reporting and Withholding experience related to Tax Documentation.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
To qualify, candidate must be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills. Individual must be able to work independently. Strong PC skills are required with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Noyes, and Mainframe. |
