| Position Responsibilities: |
Strong credit skills and knowledge of credit policy. Ability to structure and underwrite loans with complex structures and pricing options. Working knowledge of various government lending programs such as Public Finance, Treasure Management and Export Import Bank loan guarantee program, SBA, etc. Working knowledge of credit issues and bank policies related to foreign exchange, operational services exposure, and derivatives products. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Minimum of five years bank experience in a commercial lending position. Successful completion of a Credit Training Program (18-24 months |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Depending on assigned line of business, relevant industry experience may be required.Advanced Credit analytical skills. Developing knowledge of risk management, Credit policy and Credit administration procedures. Computer literacy. Familiarity with Banks computer-based tools. Strong teamwork and written and verbal communication skills. Must be self-motivated and proficient in time management skills. Centralized commercial Credit underwriting experience is highly desirable |
