110,000 - 135,000, DOE plus bonus opportunities |

| Position Responsibilities: |
This position will be as a player/coach developing new clientele and assisting the Managing Director in directing RM's and support staff within the Idaho territory. You will work closely with the RM's, support stuff, Managing Director, Credit Department, and regional office to guide loans through approval, closing and servicing processes. Knowlege of both long term and short term agricultural credit is required. General knowledge of the agricultural industry is necessary. The main area of focus is dairy and potatoes. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, Credit training (formal or through extended experience) |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
10-15+ years of experience lending. This position will have immediate management resposibilities and proper experience is needed for the office. Must be able to follow a deal from cradle to grave to get things done quickly and effectively. In addition, you must be a good lead marketing person with the ability to go out and call on clients. Mentoring is very key in this position. Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work through frustrations are also key components to this position. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
15+ years of ag lending experience within the Magic Valley territory. |
