| Position Responsibilities: |
We are looking for a Sr. Commercial Loan Officer or a talented credit underwriter/administrator for this credit position. Someone with a commercial and complex credit background to handle credits in the $1MM to $5MM range. Ideally we are looking for someone who has had commercial experience in their background to have an understanding of what it's like to be a loan officer and a customer both. This position will have lots of authority and autonomy but will be dealing with very strong personalities and must have the ability to handle themselves.
This position will colloborate with commercial lenders to develop high quality loan portfolios. You will supervise the management of delinquent loans and ensure that loan officers are making appropriate contact with past due accounts. Per this, you will develop monthly reports, monitor and verify risk rating accuracies, and ensure timely documentation of migrations. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters, Or equivalent and significant experience managing the most complex credit situations |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
10+ years of experience with commercial and complex credits. |

One of the tap rated banks on the west coast is looking for someone to be in a highly visible credit administration position reporting directly to the chief lending officer. We are looking for someone to be a part of a great organization and also has the desire to grow. The key thing is that you have experience with commercial and complex credits. If you are loan officer looking and perhaps you enjoy the credit side more than the marketing side, this could be the potential right fit for you.
Please note that we are not looking for someone who is currently an auditor or credit review person unless your background contains commercial lending at some point. |
