Make sure loans have solid underwriting.
Review all loans to make sure they are clean.

High School Degree |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience as Chief Credit Officer with a Bank.
Minimum of 5 years experience with SBA, C&I and Commercial Real Estate Loans.
Must know the California Banking Market.
Have been through a downturn in the market in the past.
