| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client, an energy services company located in S. Jersey, is seeking a General Manager – Finance & Investor Relations to serve as an advisor on financial matters affecting the company’s short / long-term financial success.
This newly-created position will be responsible for cash forecasting, covenant compliance reporting and communicating financial positions to Sr. Management.
Additional responsibilities include evaluating, recommending & executing interest rate hedging strategies and monitoring compliance with Treasury policies and procedures.
The selected candidate will evaluate long-term capital needs by recommending & implementing financing alternatives for both debt and equity capital and will coordinate preparation of earnings releases.
This is a highly-visible role involving coordination of earnings release preparation and development on presentations to internal / external parties including rating agencies and investors.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA or MBA preferred |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Must have a thorough understanding of interest rate derivatives. 7+ years progressive experience in banking, accounting or treasury in a large corporate environment required. |
