- Preparation of SEC Documents, 10-Q's and 10-k's
- FAS 128 earnings per share calculations
- FAS 123R analysis
- Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations
- Prepare statement of cash flow's
- Financial research using an accounting
research tool
- Accounting for FX hedging

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, CPA a plus |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
-6-10 years of exp
- Mix of Small Public Company Background with big company and/or public accounting highly desirable
-Ability to manage a small team
