Job 8757: Business Development Manager

Location: MO-St. Louis  
Lower Midwest (IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE & OH)
Salary Range: 90,000 - 120,000
Bonus & Incentives: 30% bonus, car allowance, and excellent benefits.
Position Responsibilities: Our client is a large international agricultural lender with an excellent reputation with its customers and employees. This position would be responsible for: - Developing and maintaining customer relationships. This would include manufacturer, vendor, distributor, dealer, and end user. - Ensuring profitable growth through a high quality portfolio within the Illinois and Missouri region. - Develop and implement action plans for optimum territory development and growth. - Developing a regional budget Successful candidates will possess: - minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in lending or agricultural business. - Strong understanding of credit and lending processes. - Proven track record of developing relationships in the agricultural community. - Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements. - Ability to interpret market conditions and recommend appropriate reactions.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: - minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in lending or agricultural business. - Strong understanding of credit and lending processes. - Proven track record of developing relationships in the agricultural community. - Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements. - Ability to interpret market conditions and recommend appropriate reactions.
