| Position Responsibilities: |
Exciting and upbeat environment loaded with bright, sincere and driven talent that provides value-adding financial investments services and funding to a wide range of businesses (i.e. manufacturing, distribution, direct marketing, healthcare, and business services).
OPPORTUNITY: Be exposed to acquisitions, expansions, mergers, spin-offs, turnarounds, and so on. Support investment recommendations by participating on financial reporting and analysis and evaluation of financial documents, financial controls, analysis of transaction structure, due diligence, validation of credit and financial history, etc. Contribute on portfolio management process by analyzing financial and capital structure, review of monthly financial results and short term forecasts, market trends, competitive analysis, and growth strategy. Be in communications with investment banks, equity sponsors, portfolio companies, CPAs, attorneys and other 3rd parties. Ideal for the self-directed, highly organized Accountant with upside potential and a team spirit.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
BS a must; MBA or CPA a plus. Seek 2+ years of financial reporting of B/S and P/L accounts. Ideal candidate will have had audited or worked for a commercial lender or investment firm (i.e. mezzanine, equity, debt). Essential is integrity, confidence, analytical and communication skills, strong work ethic, project management success, sense of humor, team spirit.
