| Position Responsibilities: |
Has the responsibility for the management, supervision and direction of all Trust & Investment Management and brokerage activities for holding company and its three affiliate banks. Manages all aspects of the Wealth Management line of business (both Trust and brokerage) including administration, operations and business development.
Serves as the manager of the Trust & Investment Management department. As such, manages and supervises bankers involved in trust administration, trust operations, trust business development and portfolio management.
Chairs holding company Trust Committee. Serves as a member of Trust Investment Committee.
Directly manages investment representative (brokers) in all three banks.
Routinely meets with bank CEO's to coordinate an effective approach to the wealth management line of business.
Establishes both short and long range strategic plans to help achieve corporate objectives for wealth management.
Has responsibility for overall wealth management growth and engages personally in business development activities of all three banks.

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
- 10 years experience in the financial services industry
- 5 years proven managerial experience
- Experience with strategic planning and budgeting.
