Job 8773: VP, Loan Accounting/Investor Management

Location: VA-Arlington  
Mid-Atlantic (DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA & WV)
Salary Range: 95000-110000
Bonus & Incentives:
Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Primary contact for investor payments and remittances-process all investor cash calls and sales process of loans Control, review and analyze all investor loan activity Ensure compliance with all USAP requirements Prepare all investor custodial (P&I, T&I) accounts Reconciliation of Balance Sheets Assist with and advise on structuring of new programs Review and interpret documents for managed loans and programs Collaborate with Loan Accounting Department Prepare, review and distribute all management and third party reports of managed loans and programs Keep accurate records and files of all reporting information Report directly to and assist Controller and CFO Cultural Fit: Strong desire to learn, quick study, mission-oriented, passion for mission Capacity to manage others Works autonomously Team-Oriented Values work experience-not just a paycheck
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must have at least 5 years of loan accounting/investor management experience. Prefer experience with New Markets Tax Credits program.
