| Position Responsibilities: |
Develop new commercial loan business focusing on middle-market clients in the Essex & Middlesex counties with annual sales of $10MM to $100MM ($30MM-$50MM) Loan size from $1MM-$10MM ($3MM-$5MM). Serve as primary contact for commercial relationships responsible for efficient management and profitability of portfolio. Promote commercial banking and other bank product lines to prospects. Structure and negotiate complex credits and prepare and present loan relationships proposals. Effectively coordinate sales efforts with other bank resources to ensure quality and timely customer service. Cross sell, cash management and deposit products. 60% BD 40% Portfolio Management. 1st yr, NB Goal is $20MM

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with strong credit and new business development skills. Formal credit trained, 4 yr. degree in finance or business, MBA a plus. Local contacts within market preferred. |
