| Position Responsibilities: |
Source, evaluate and recommend new banking opportunities for loan and deposit relationships. Loan relationships will include both C&I and CRE relationships. Partner with assigned retail branches in greater Boston / North Shore to develop new business relationships. Coordinate calling and relationships management activities with multiple internal business partners including, investments, treasury, retail, and insurance. Conduct preliminary underwriting and structure of credit requests. Maintain internal Bank contact management system including full history. Manage relationships both individually and within a team in order to retain and expand overall banking relationship with key clients. Manage a team of 5-6 Business Bankers. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10+ yrs. exp. in small business banking with strong product knowledge and new business development skills. Analytical skills and underwriting knowledge preferred. 4 yr. degree in finance or business, MBA a plus. Proven track record in sales and closing the deal. Local contacts within market preferred. |
