| Position Responsibilities: |
Responsible for the generation of quality business loans ranging in size from $100K up to $1MM calling on companies in the greater Wolfeboro market with annual revenues from $1MM to $10MM. Manage existing loan portfolio (CRE & C&I) - to include risk identification and mitigation. Cross sell bank's products and services and responsible for excellent customer service and relations. |

Bachelors |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
7-10+ yrs. exp. in commercial lending with proven business development skills. 4 yr. degree in Finance / Accounting, MBA a plus. Formal credit trained with solid credit / analytical skills. Local contacts within market preferred |
