| Position Responsibilities: |
Our client, a $50BB plus international manufacturing and financial corporation, is seeking a highly energetic and experienced treasury leader. Although the position title is "Senior Manager", the role reports directly to the Corporate Treasurer, and is responsible for a staff of five professionals.
Responsibilities include:
1) Creation and execution of a high volume of large and complex ABS transaction proposals.
2) Presentation of aforementioned proposals to company executives and the board, with a recommended course of action.
3) Execution/leadership of team that executes these transactions.
The debt portfolio, consisting of commercial paper, unsecured bonds, unsecured notes, etc cetera, exceeds $20BB, so this is a very high profile opportunity.

| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelors, none |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
1) Education from a top tier accredited institution.
2) Thorough knowledge of the debt capital markets.
3) Experience creating and executing large ABS transactions.
4) Leadership experience and strong remaining growth potential.
5) Strong preference for candidates with 10 years experience and 5 or more years in management.
6) Strong preference for "best use of cash in US"
