| Job Description: |
The successful candidate will be responsible for the primary review of the global tax provision and associated financial statement disclosures.
In addition, this person will perform our primary SOX responsibilities, including the drafting of appropriate policies and procedures.
The incumbent will also serve as the primary reviewer of our Federal consolidated tax returns.

Bachelors, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Masters is a plus; a CPA is a plus.
Previous managerial experience
10 plus years of public accounting and private sector experience.
Investment product knowledge
The candidate should have substantial experience with FAS 109 and FIN 48, including tax policy documentation.
It is also expected that the individual will be process- oriented and focused on automation of many of our compliance functions. |
