| Job Description: |
Main function:
1. Responsible for coordinating the preparation and initial review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
2. Initial review of all SEC filings for completeness and compliance.
3. Monitor adequacy of key reserves and contingent liability exposure
4. Review and approve all charges against Company established integration reserves
5. Review and approval of accounting relative to Stock-Based Compensation, WASO calculations and related disclosures.
6. Provide technical accounting support regarding significant and complex business transactions.
7. Provide finance support during the structuring of business ventures (i.e. modelling of potential impact to the Company, possiable deal structures, etc.)
8. Through continuing professional education and monitoring of recent and proposed accounting pronouncements, remain current on technical accounting and reporting literature (FASB, AICPA, SEC, EITF, PCAOB, and other regulations) that impact public filings and technical accounting.
9. Member of due diligence teams.

Required experience:
Ten years of relevant work experience.
Preferable at least 8 years in Public Accounting with significant SEC filing experience.
Special requirements:
Education
Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required.
