| Job Description: |
Specific accountabilities include:
The position will be responsible for the highest degree of accuracy, timeliness and accountability for recommending and implementing strategies to minimize the tax burden and potential liability of the company in full compliance with all laws and regulations.
It is the responsibility of this position to diligently recommend and respond to business issues which may otherwise result in excessive tax burdens, filing penalties and litigation. Specific Skills Qualifications include:
Candidates will possess a J.D. and a CPA or relevant financial and accounting experience.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
A proven track record of contribution and accomplishment in the area of U.S. tax planning, both federal and state. The candidate may presently reside in either a law or accounting firm or hold a position in-house. An attractive background may include exposure to both environments, but more importantly, the successful candidate will have had direct and significant experience handling a variety of tax matters. |
