| Job Description: |
The position will conduct operational and financial audits throughout company in order to identify risks and controls that may impact on the integrity of reported financial information and/or the achievement of business objectives. The role will require strong analytical and presentation skills. |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Bachelor's, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelors Degree required (Finance, Business or Engineering preferred).
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
4-7+ years experience in Accounting, Finance or Operations required.
CPA preferred, but not required.
Previous Public Accounting experience preferred.
Prefer previous experience with field level controls in a manufacturing and distribution environment of Consumer Packaged Goods.
50-60% travel required (mostly domestic.
Requires a 2-3 year commitment to the group.
Prefer some Operating experience.
Strong communication skills are required (both written and verbal).
