| Job Description: |
Duties:
• Responsible for the results of the Consumer and Residential Mortgage Collections Department.
• Will manage and provide guidance to a collections staff to mitigate losses and reduce delinquencies.
• Will design and implement processes, according to industry trends, to reduce accounts receivable, and ensure appropriate reporting of charge downs and non-accruals.
• Measures results against peer and benchmark standards.
• Manages the bank’s repossessed collateral and liquidation process to achieve the highest return to the bank.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• Bachelors Degree in a Business-related field or a combination of education and related experience.
• Seven to Ten years experience in the field of collections. Five years supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Familiar with collections laws and regulatory requirements of collection units
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in Word and Excel. Proven record of effectively managing a collection unit.
• In depth understanding of the Fair Debt Collections Protection Act, and commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to collections.
• May require weekend hours, and hours outside of regularly scheduled workday.
• Some travel required.
