| Job Description: |
Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 responsibilities:
• SOX 404 project management
– Manages overall timeline and reports status
– Facilitates alignment between Finance and IT
– Facilitates approach consistency
– Identifies and reports on project risks
– Acts as a liason between KPMG and management to coordinate testing schedule
– Facilitates weekly Core Team meetings and drives agenda
– Tracks and reports on overall status of:
• Project plan and timeline
• Control counts and deficiency log
• Outstanding deliverables
• Remediation project status
• Acts as a leader and driver of the SOX Program for the organization creating and rolling out a tailored guidance pack
• Executes Risks and Issues Analysis
• Assist in updating all Section 404 documentation as required (including Internal Controls Manual, Internal Control Process Narratives, Risk and Key Controls Matrix, Scoping Documents, Aggregation of Deficiencies)
• Perform field visits
• Document field visit observations
• Follow through on management responses to internal and external auditor recommendations
• Provide training to process owners and testers
-Reports to the Director of SOX Compliance
-Manages a staff of 3-4 people
- Assist the Director of SOX, Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller and CFO in special projects
- Some travel - up to 6 trips per year - as needed

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Job Knowledge/Experience:
- Demonstrated success as a project manager
- Minimum of 7 years accounting/audit experience, including at least 3 years of public accounting experience, preferably in Big 4.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP – eg. 123R, acquisition purchase accounting as example)
- SEC reporting background a plus
