| Job Description: |
Business Banker will be focused on identifying SBA loan prospects along with conventional and C & I. Will also be responsible for loan servicing of same loans. Commercial credit training is needed in order to structure a winning loan with the customer. This is a transactional business model with an emphasis on results for the customer. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Thorough knowledge of SBA loan eligibility and the application process along with knowledge of small business real estate lending guidelines is required. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Established relationships in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire market with developers, builders, CCIM or Chamber memberships. |
