| Job Description: |
Candidate will provide all-inclusive tax compliance and related consulting services to multinational corporate and individual expatriate clients nationwide.
• Review U.S. individual tax returns for expatriates (Forms # 2555 and 1116)
• Review tax equalization and tax protection calculations
• Review year end compensation reviews for Form W-2 and 1042 purposes
• Review theoretical tax calculations
• Reviewing compensation summaries prepared by junior staff members
• Supervise federal and state tax research on individual tax issues
• Provide tax planning
• Providing guidance to clients regarding the use and completion of Forms # 673, W-4 and Foreign Withholding Statement
• Identify consulting opportunities |
| Education and Certifications/Licenses: |
Masters, None, None |
| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
• A BS in Accounting or similar field
• Current CPA
• JD preferred
• Three years or years public accounting or related consulting experience
• Experience working in individual and/or international tax preferred
• Minimum three years or more of leadership experience
• Ability to explain the Foreign Earned Income exclusion and challenges related to qualifications on tax returns
• Knowledge of accounting and business trends
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
