| Job Description: |
Opportunity to select and build own commercial lending team in the San Jose region. Will work with existing portfolio and build new client relationships for middle market clients. Responsibilities include the development of business plans to expand the bank’s presence in the area, motivate and lead team to reach goals and participate in community activities as the face of the bank in the area. Will have the opportunity to provide a full range of bank services to include cash management and other products as necessary. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Requires proven leadership qualities and the ability to hire and motivate others to meet goals. Must have a track record of success in building new business and relationship management. Credit skills should include working with a variety of middle market companies. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with autonomy. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Must be knowledgeable of the greater South Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. |
