| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for managing and growing the Trust Grop business within the region assigned. The position also supervises the Trust Group's administrative (non-trust officer) and operational staff within the region. The manager is expected to succeed through personal sales efforts along with encouraging combined efforts of other relationship managers. |

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, Good sales and closing abilities, Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and sense of civic duty, Srong understanding of Trust & Investment rules, regulations and applications, Mature, self-starter possessing outgoing, persuasive, team-player personality, Proficient computer skills, including word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheet experience. |
