| Job Description: |
This is a sales and relationship management position in the National Sales, Corporate Lending Department at National Business Capital. The position is responsible for generating business lending growth in all sectors of the market within small business to large corporate. This role is responsible for a specific geographical region’s business development with emphasis on business lending services. Additionally, they provide support, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of the business-lending portfolio. Loan sizes are from $2 -$10MM |

| Preferred Qualifications: |
1. At least five to seven years of commercial real estate lending experience. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to commercial lending and commercial real estate. Working knowledge of Small Business Administration (SBA), conventional loans, programs and procedures. Experience in loan documentation and closing in multiple jurisdictions.
2. Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree preferred.
3. Strong presentation skills.
4. Ability to develop strategies to manage problem commercial loans.
5. Excellent time management skills.
