| Job Description: |
Our client, a well respected and very successful certified public audit, accounting and consulting firm requires your experience to help lead and grow their asset based (ABL) lending/audit practice. The Sr. Auditor will be conducting business surveys, diagnostic & collateral reviews and active client audits to verify assets such as receivables, inventory, and finished product for clients. You should have prior ABL audit experience with a CPA firm &/or with a captive finance company, major bank or lender.
*** Initially, the candidate’s primary responsibilities will include conducting and managing (with the guidance of the Director & Sr. Partners) 2 -3 field exams per month. Conducting and overseeing all aspects of the field examinations for clients and prospects in order to determine their feasibility for financing; as well as, determining the adequacy of collateral, compliance to loan agreements, validity of reports and accuracy of records.
*** In time (1-2 yrs), the individual’s primary focus & responsibility will no longer be conducting the re-occurring business; he/she will begin generating new business, start working deals and managing other Auditors and field examiners. |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
** Certified Public Accountant
** Asset Based Lending (ABL) knowledge & experience
** "Big 4" Public Accounting Firm &/or 3+ years with a Bank &/or Lender |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
CPA / Certified fraud examiner a plus audit in leasing asset based lending, commercial finance middle market banking acceptable. |
