Location: TX-Houston  
Southwest (AZ, AR, NM, OK & TX)
Salary Range: 80,000 - 80,000
Total Compensation: 80,000 - 80,000
Job Description: Our client, a well respected and established firm with clients across the Southwest has retained us to identify a top Account Executive / Loan Officer to be based in the Houston market. Qualified candidate would manage part of an existing portfolio, with emphasis on ABL. Real Estate credits could slowly be transferred to this individual if he/she so desired to learn. Monitoring of borrower specific loan operating conditions required. The ideal experienced candidate will have the opportunity to do some level of legal documentation, under Partner supervision. This would also be an individual that could be groomed if they have the right attitude/aptitude.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: *** Analytical skills pertaining to A/R and inventory required. *** Must be able to understand, review, and spread client financial statements. *** Must be comfortable with client interface. *** College degree highly preferred, with business degree
Preferred Qualifications: *** College degree highly preferred *** ABL understanding/experience *** Must be comfortable with client interface
