Multi state Consumer and Auto Finance Group, has an opportunity for a seasoned leader. You must have hands on leadership skills, P%L oversite, understanding of the entire loan process and be ready to travel.

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
Provide operational direction to the Region
Evaluate effectiveness of branch system and individual branches by directing analysis of branch activity statistics, reports and cash requirements
All aspects of underwriting evaluation of potential transactions to structure/underwrite deals to maintain credit quality while adhering to company and state guidelines
All aspects of asset management. Evaluation and guidance of collection practices to include active accounts, write offs and recoveries, to achieve maximum portfolio performance
Disseminates information to keep staff and management current regarding laws, policies and procedures, and regulations affecting personnel, benefits and salary administration
All aspects of HR, hiring, training, recruiting
Work closely with VP of Operations on developing monthly, quarterly and annual goals and plans
Research and capture new market growth and expansion opportunities
