| Job Description: |
· Supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch. · Accountable for all business aspects of the branch: · Management, Budgeting, Lending/Sales, Credit Quality, Deposits and cross selling of bank products etc · Originate agricultural, commercial, residential and retail loans · Have full accountability for all business aspects of the assigned location, including sales, operations and credit quality · Involved with the community and represent the bank |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
· Must have close ties to North Dakota or Minnesota (Upper Midwest) · Minimum of 5 years experience in banking · Minimum of 2 years experience as Branch Manager · Minimum of 3 years experience in Agricultural and Commercial lending, to include sales, underwriting, credit and management · Degree preferred or its equivalent |
