| Job Description: |
• Our client is a prestigious Middle Market Investment Banking firm established over 20 years ago with an exceptional history of advising middle market clients in both buy-side and sell-side M&A, Valuation, Fairness Opinions, Complex Financings (both debt and equity) and Financial Restructuring. The firm is currently in a search for a Senior Level Banker with a strong background in Financial Re-Structuring in order to satisfy the continuing demand in the distressed market. The ideal candidate would have a history of success in business development/origination in debt Re-Structuring and business Turnaround work preferably from an Investment Bank or Consulting background. This position will be responsible for business development and origination of distressed transactions for firms who will benefit for the capital raising and ReStructuring expertise of this Investment Bank. We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and abilities: A proven history of successfully structuring and negotiating complex distressed transactions in either an Investment Banking or Consulting environment. Chapter 11 re-organizations and Bankruptcy experience preferred. Strong knowledge and background in Corporate Finance and especially in Re-Structuring. Superior communication skills, client development skills and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting as well as an MBA or CFA or CPA or CIRA or CTP preferred. Could be open on location – prefer Atlanta or New York or Chicago. |
