| Job Description: |
Are you a strategic tax professional with strong Insurance experience? Do you enjoy working on high level strategic projects but also getting your hands dirty in basic areas of tax? Due to growth, our client is looking for a 8-12 year tax professional with strong insurance experience. This position will be a challenging position and requires a person who enjoys the challenge of working on several issues at once. Some of the work this person will be doing: * Analyze tax and related accounts for account reconciliation including historical balance research. * FAS 109 Tax Provision preparation and review * FIN 48 * Extraction of reports from system * Interface with external and internal auditors * Prepare federal income tax return * Review and analyze state income tax returns * Systems implementation * M&A |

| Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: |
* 4-year Degree in Accounting and CPA required * 8+ years tax experience along with at least 2 years of insurance tax experience a must * A strong desire to be part of a tax team that both plans and implements the strategy |
