| Job Description: |
Our client is the residential mortgage banking subsidiary of a top tier, well capitalized commercial bank. We are seeking experienced residential underwriters with a minumum of 2 to 4 years FNMA / FHLMC underwriting experience. FHA/ VA DE /LAPP certifications are preferred but not required.

Underwriters are responsible for underwriting residential mortgage loans to ensure compliance with bank, FHA/VA, and secondary market standards. Communicates with Processors, Originators, and other internal and external customers. Meets performance standards and goals established by the bank.
